This website provides important information regarding a proposed settlement in a class action lawsuit involving Eastwick Joint Venture, LLC, and other defendants. The case alleges that the Defendants improperly collected rent without being properly licensed under the Philadelphia Code.

Option 1: File a Claim

To be eligible for a Rent Credit Voucher, you must complete and submit the Claim Form. This form must be submitted online or postmarked by December 20, 2024. Failure to submit the form on time will forfeit your right to benefits from the settlement.

Option 2: Opt-Out of the Settlement

If you do not wish to participate in the settlement, you may opt out by submitting the Opt-Out Form. Opting out means you will not receive any benefits from the settlement, but you will preserve your right to pursue your own legal action against the defendants.
